Freight info we send to ALL customers who purchase a poker table:

The carrier will call to schedule delivery, you must be available to accept the shipment. Freight companies can not go in your house. We suggest having another set of helping hands available to move and set-up.

When the driver delivers the table, please carefully inspect crate(s). If there are signs of damage, you must refuse the shipment and make it aware to the shipping company. As soon as the bill of lading is signed, it releases responsibility from the carrier. So when you sign, you are stating that

you received the table in acceptable condition. In the rare event of damage, refuse the item(s) and ProCaliber will file an insurance claim.

We are usually open when carriers are. If the driver is trying to persuade you to sign for something that is unsatisfactory, call or text us and we will assist you with the situation.
